How to tell if you're dating a liar, well probably if he hasn't given you his right name or address, that would be the first indication. Generally speaking, that pattern of behavior probably would have started up front. Does he lie to friends or does he lie to co-workers or does he tell little stories? I mean really, how honest is he because you can listen to some of his conversations with other folks and tell just how truthful this individual might be. For a liar, it's really difficult to keep stories straight, and also different outcomes, so it will be very problematic for him to keep stories straight, dates straight, facts straight, and, ultimately, he'll wind up tripping himself up or she will wind up tripping herself up. The issue is, does lying indicate a bigger pattern of where you cannot trust this individual. Relationship experts and successful marriages all indicate that trust is paramount and the primary thing. If you don't have trust, you don't really have the ability to build a deep friendship and the other things that happen with a very successful relationship. So, is this lying or pattern of lying foreshadowing something much bigger, were the relationship consequences may be much more significant later on? So, you really have to ask yourself that question and say "are these patterns of his behavior, or her behavior, that I'm willing to deal with?" Typically, they'll exhibit themselves with little things and then you need to confront this individual. That's how to tell if you're dating a liar.
