Hi, I'm Donna Barnes. I'm a life and relationship coach and owner of NY Dating Coach in New York City. In this clip, we'll talk about how to tell somebody that you're just not interested in them and the first thing is, be kind. You never ever need to tell somebody that you're just not attracted to them. Ow! That's an ego blow. No one wants to hear that. You can still say something simply like, um, "I just don't think we're a match." And, have a concrete reason why. Maybe it's that you're different religions, or you, are, you're a republican and he's democrat. Whatever it is, but come up with a concrete reason why you are not a match, and be gentle about it. Say, "I think you're great. I just don't think we have a future together." Be kind. There's no reason why you have to be nasty about it. It's flattering that somebody else likes you. Look at it that way. He's paying you a compliment, or she, so just be nice, share your feelings and try not to be mean about it. I'm Donna Barnes, life and relationship coach in New York City.
