Greatness, as I said, lies within. In order to make a relationship great, you must be great. You must look to yourself. Because guess what's going to happen? The other, that significant other, is going to suddenly do what you do. It's going to be like the saying that imitation is the highest form of flattery. If you want a great relationship, then you must be great and the other will follow suit. In every relationship, one person is somewhat the leader and the other person is somewhat the follower. And at some times, it changes roles, because of the dynamics of the difference that the role asks for. But in order to make that relationship great, truly great, the greatness has to come from within the individuals, and at some times, one person may have that pick up and the other picks up at another time.
