Hi everyone! It’s Vanessa Taylor again and I wanted to announce that I am adding a new series to my channel called the Pick Up Artist Meets the Platinum Girl. I don’t know how long it’s going to run for. All I know is that I really want to keep talking further about this because I got a lot of great feedback last week and personally, I love watching the pickup artist type of videos on Youtube. I think it’s so exciting to see what they’re teaching men in these classes about approaching women. So yes, I acknowledge that there are some parts of pickup artistry that kind of make my stomach turn but for the most part, men are still learning how to get outside of themselves, to get outside of their own heads, and to make something happen with the woman. So if you happen to meet a pickup artist, try to keep that in mind when you’re actually talking to him because it is just a self-confidence thing and somebody’s really only trying to date so try not to be too hard on the guy. But the topic for this week was how to get any girl on the dance floor and it’s on the pickup artist PUA channel. It’s a short video. It’s about four minutes long. You might want to go ahead and take a look at it so that way, if you are a person or a woman who goes out to clubs a lot, you’re able to see exactly the type of man who might be approaching you. I’m not going to go too much into detail because it’s best if you watch the video but when he was talking about how to approach the woman on the dance floor, as he was moving in closer to her, he said that it’s okay if you touch her hair or maybe if you go on for the kiss. Okay, if some guy who I didn’t know tried to kiss me on a dance floor, I would be so grossed out. I would never want to talk to him again. It would just flip me out that a man could be that aggressive. If that’s going to happen though, realize that he might be taking it a step too far. Don’t sit and kiss him on the dance floor. Don’t let it be known that you’re just happy to make out with anybody who comes up and dances with you a little bit. It’s just not that easy with a hard-to-get girl. And one other thing that he mentioned that I thought was of interest was that if it was going well with the woman that he would take her by the hand and lead her off the dance floor and maybe invite her to go get a drink. I think this is a great idea. If you want to get to know a man a little bit more, maybe spend five to ten minutes with him. Make sure that he asks for your phone number. It’s absolutely fine to do that. However, if he’s trying to get you into some dark corner of the club or most other people aren’t all so that he can hear you a little bit, just make sure that you’re aware of what his agenda could be. You don’t want to go off some place that might not potentially be too safe for you. And again, if he doesn’t ask for your number after that five or ten minutes, you have to be able to leave and go back to what you were doing. If he’s serious about dating you or he’s interested in getting to know you more, he will ask for your number. You don’t always have to worry about having the best excuse to get out of a conversation with a guy. Just have a pretty smile on. I know that sounds kind of bimbo but it’s really true. Just have a really pretty smile on and say that you’ll talk to him at some other point and then just be on your way.
