reports are indicating that she started dating the fifteen-year-old about the time that she turned eighteen okay so she turned eighteen she started dating this girl um... was three years younger than her uh... and then of course the parents went to the authorities and that's when she's facing criminal charges so that just got clarification right there now the criminal charges that she's facing include two counts of mood and lascivious acts with a minor uh... at between the ages of twelve and sixteen prosecution has actually offered her a plea deal and the plea deal two years house arrest uh... here of probation but if she takes the plea deal arctic she will not have to register as a sex offender and um... you know she it will also back be accused his of child abuse as opposed to die dag harsher charges that she's facing right now it'll be a misdemeanor but once you right get convicted as she will be pistol nineteen plea deal of child abuse you can't work with children and let me clarify that really quick check because originally did seem like it was a misdemeanor but that is not the case this it will not be a misdemeanor uh... right now that the defense is asking for to be these are considerations where the couple is no more than four years apart so if she does go to court this is something that could be taken into consideration so even if she loses she might not want take a plea deal or not that's a big risk you take it if you go to trial yeah i think the risk is too high and if part of the plea deal is that i could still go to school you know that the only thing
