Sometimes before a date, we may get butterflies. It happens. Now, short of having a martini before that date, let's look at some other methods, and one of the methods I would suggest, is that you sit down quietly, maybe listen to some quiet music, and think about where you've been, where you are, and where you're going. Oftentimes, centering yourself by introspection or meditation, can work. Five minutes will do it. Another good thing to do, and I think a lot of professional athletes will tell you the same thing, see yourself on that date. See yourself being successful on that date, whether you're male or female. Close your eyes, and you project into that date, yourself being with the other person, having a good time, so you're setting your mind. It's called a mindset for success. Oftentimes, that athlete will do that, the actor will do it, and you can do it too, and it works. This is Dr. Paul. May your fantasies of today, be your realities of tomorrow.
