If you are under forty the probability is you have no problem calling a man if you are a woman and asking him to meet you for coffee. You have no problem in asking a man to go to lunch with you. And that's the way it should be, it's a two way street. It's happen like that in Europe for years and now it's really caught on here. There's seems to be a gap in that area between say fortyish to forty five right in there then it kind of changes into that fifty year old group where they didn't do that in the past and they are not about to start now. So if you are in that gray area, if you'll pardon that pun, then be certain to operate in the same way. Because it is a two way street.
